Who we are

Drawerly ("we", "us") is a drawer-planning and custom drawer-organizer service operated by Magnitude Intelligence, India. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the Drawerly app and website, and how we handle it.

What we collect

Drawer plans. The measurements, items, and layouts you create. These are stored locally in your browser so your plan is there when you return. A plan reaches our systems only when you place an order or share a plan link.
Order details. When you order, we collect your name, delivery address, phone number, email address, and the specification of the organizer you designed.
Payment information. Payments are processed by Razorpay. Your card, UPI, or banking details go directly to Razorpay over their secure systems — we never see or store them. Razorpay's handling of your data is governed by their own privacy policy.
Usage basics. Standard web logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) used for security and to keep the service working.

How we use it

To manufacture and deliver the organizer you ordered.
To contact you about your order (confirmation, dispatch, delivery).
To respond when you write to us.
To improve the planner — in aggregate, never tied to you personally.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Who we share it with

Razorpay — to process your payment.
Courier partners — your name, address, and phone number, so your order can be delivered.
No one else, unless required by law.

Cookies & local storage

Drawerly uses your browser's local storage to save your drawer plans on your own device. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Retention & security

Order records are kept as long as required for tax and accounting under Indian law. Plans stored in your browser stay on your device until you clear them. We use industry-standard safeguards (encryption in transit, access controls) to protect the data we hold.

Your rights

In line with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. Email us and we'll act on it within a reasonable time.
