Cancelling an order

Every Drawerly organizer is made to order for your specific drawer, so production begins quickly.

• You may cancel for a full refund within 12 hours of placing the order, or any time before production starts — whichever is later.
• Once production has started, the order cannot be cancelled, as the piece is being made to your measurements.

Returns

Because each organizer is custom-made to your measurements, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or doesn't match the plan you ordered:

• Write to us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
• We will replace the item at no cost, or issue a full refund — your choice.

Fit issues

If the organizer doesn't fit and the drawer matches the measurements you entered, we will remake it free of charge — that's on us. If the entered measurements differ from the actual drawer, we'll offer a remake at a reduced price.

How refunds are paid

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Razorpay.
• Once approved, refunds are initiated within 2 business days and typically reflect in your account within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.
