These terms govern your use of the Drawerly website and app and your purchase of Drawerly products. Drawerly is operated by Magnitude Intelligence, India. By using the app or placing an order you accept these terms.
Drawerly lets you plan drawer organizers to your drawer's measurements and order a made-to-order organizer built to that plan. The planner is provided as-is as a design aid; the visual layout is a faithful, to-scale representation of the product we will make.
Your organizer is manufactured to the measurements you enter. We build in a small clearance so a correctly measured organizer drops into the drawer. Please measure the inside of the drawer as instructed in the app — we cannot accept responsibility for a poor fit caused by incorrect measurements.
Payments are processed securely by Razorpay (cards, UPI, netbanking, wallets). We do not store your payment credentials. Your payment is subject to Razorpay's terms in addition to these.
Because every organizer is custom-made to your drawer, our Cancellation & Refund Policy applies. In short: you can cancel before production starts; defective or damaged items are replaced or refunded in full.

The Drawerly name, design, software, and content are the property of Magnitude Intelligence. You retain your drawer plans; you grant us the licence needed to manufacture your order and operate the service.
Don't misuse the service — no attempts to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it, or use it unlawfully.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
